Where is your store located?
Our store is conveniently located at 55 Northern Boulevard in Greenvale, New York. We’re proud to serve New York State and its residents in finding beautiful, luxurious jewelry and timepieces!
What are your business hours?
Our in-store business hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. While we are closed Sunday and Monday, we do offer online support if you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work to get back to you as soon as possible if you email us with any questions!
Do you accept returns? Under what terms?
Yes, we offer a seven-day return policy on all in-stock merchandise purchased through our website or in our store. Custom orders are unfortunately final and non-refundable. We offer an exclusive consignment program for customers with items that need to sell. Because of this, we do have inventory that has been previously owned. These items are top-quality and inspected to ensure they meet or exceed our high-quality standards.
Do you partner with other jewelry stores on a wholesale basis?
